| Our rebirth on Thursday | |
Practices will resume on Thursday. Come prepared to practice hard. We have 4 weeks to prepare for the Conference Championship. As defending champions, we must show the mettle and the fortitude to issue the challenge to the county that we are Mandarin, and we are world famous, and we are ready to take it to the course. I expect nothing less.
Athletes are expected to bring in their signed forms. If you do not bring them in by practice time, you will be sent home. Athletes are also expected to have appropriate hair styles. I must see eyes and ears!
Saturdays meet at Ridgeview will focus on our number six and seven athletes. The top five will not run on Saturday; their next meet will be Tuesday at home. All other eligible athletes will compete on Saturday. More on that Thursday.
A true runner rises up to the challenge. Think about the story of the phoenix. Out of the ashes...stronger than before. Rise up!

| Generic Schedule for Practices | |
This is the general schedule for practices throughout September. Any exceptions should be minor and you will receive prior notification.
Monday: Practice @ MHS (3:30-6:00)
Tuesdays: County Meet/Practice (2:30-6:00)
Wednesdays: PM Practice MHS (ends at 5:00PM)
Thursdays: PRactice @MHS/Bartram Park (off St. Augustine (2:30-6:00)
Friday: Practice at MHS, ends at (3:30-5:00)
Saturday: AM Meets/Invitationals
Morning Practices at Pool: Monday and Wednesday: 5:30-6:20.
